On Friday, April 16th, 2010 the Boys & Girls Club of the Grand Strand will hold its fourth annual “All Aboard for Kids” Auction at Pine Lakes Country Club to raise scholarship funds for low-income children in the community so they could attend the Club’s Afterschool & Summer Day Camp Programs at the Myrtle Beach Family Learning Center.
The event will feature a business casual theme. Tickets are $50 per person and included admission to the event, heavy hors’d oeuvres, and two drink tickets good for beer or wine. Tickets can be purchased online via the Club’s web site or by calling 843-445-9964.
In order to make the evening a fundraising success we need the help of area businesses and individuals who can donate items and services to be used as auciton items and prizes! Attendees at the event will be able to bid on a wonderful selection of auction items including restaurant gift certificates, golf packages, travel, electronics, sports memorabilia, and much more.
